Grote Mitsubishi, totally different they said what they were going to do and did it. exactly word for word. they got me approved with a very low down payment as they said they would. No gimmicks no games. If you've need turned down before hit up Grote Mitsubishi you wont regret it
I came to get a car, they offered me a deal i wasnt happy with, then They offered me another deal that i could manage, allowed me to sign for it pay my down payment and drive away with the car, then 1 week later they text me and say I need to come in and sign some more forms, I go in and ask what the forms are he said it was a better deal with a better warranty but did not tell me it was almost 100 more a month for 6 months longer. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Inquired about a vehicle they had posted on CarGurus and Facebook Marketplace. Receptionists acts like it’s a big deal to transfer you. The car was serviced per my request but I was surprised my tire pressure light was left on. The tools service light on the dash was also not removed. I had to google how to remove it from my dash.
Always trust them with my family's vehicle very respectfully and caring with my concerns. Also willing to take the extra steps to make sure repairs are correct.
